**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Windows System Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and maintenance of our Windows-based systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows OS and VMware operations, with experience in managing complex systems and resolving technical issues. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Administration: Manage and maintain Windows-based systems, including patching, upgrading, and troubleshooting.
  • VMware Operations: Administer and manage VMware ESX environments, including virtual machine provisioning, resource allocation, and performance optimization.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide timely and effective support to resolve technical issues and minimize downtime.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Windows / VMware Domain with proven experience in Windows, AD & VMware Operations.
  • Windows OS and VMware Certification.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Automation experience, especially IaaS (infrastructure as a code).
  • Vulnerability management.
