Senior Financial Leader

This role will lead our financial planning and analysis team, overseeing the development and enforcement of our financial planning process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

  • Collaborate with department heads to create departmental budgets and ensure alignment with overall organizational goals.">
  • Evaluate financial performance against budget and provide variance analysis.">
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses to stakeholders.">
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.">
  • Oversee internal controls and processes to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial data.">

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, with a strong background in Indian GAAP and experience in cash flow and working capital management. They will also have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as proven ability to lead and develop a team.

Additional Information:

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity. They will also have knowledge of US GAAP and experience in managing Big 4 auditors.
