Lead Domestic Voice Customer Service Specialist

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, communications).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
