Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Middleware Administrator to manage and optimize a suite of Oracle Fusion Middleware products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain high availability and performance of middleware components in a complex enterprise environment by ensuring timely installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  2. Install, configure, and maintain Oracle Fusion Middleware components such as SOA Suite, OSB, BPM, ODI, OBIEE, OAS, and OEDQ.
  3. Apply patches, upgrades, and security updates to ensure software is up-to-date and secure.
  4. Monitor system performance and availability using tools like Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) to identify and resolve issues proactively.
  1. Manage domain configurations, clusters, and high availability setups for optimal middleware performance.
  2. Tune JVM parameters, data sources, and connection pools to enhance system efficiency and scalability.
  3. Automate deployment processes using WLST, ANT, or scripting tools to streamline workflows.
  1. Configure SSL, identity management, and access control to ensure data security and compliance with organizational standards.
  2. Implement security policies and manage user roles and permissions across middleware components.
  3. Develop and maintain backup and recovery procedures to ensure business continuity in the event of a disaster.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware Administration
  • Knowledge of SOA Suite, OSB, BPM, ODI, OBIEE, OAS, and OEDQ
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
