Our company is looking for a skilled Customer Support Associate to join our team. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for addressing customer issues, guiding customers on product usage and working closely with the customer support, solution architects' team and engineering teams to provide a fulfilling experience to our customers.

Your Responsibilities:


• Troubleshoot customer issues and perform root cause analysis.


• Assist customers in understanding and utilizing the product effectively.


• Handle customer data import/export from production systems.


• Ensure accurate updating of customer data in production systems.


• Process confidential customer information according to guidelines.


• Collaborate in developing product content for internal and external stakeholders.


• Generate reports from single or multiple systems.

Our Ideal Candidate:


• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in computer science.


• 3+ years of experience in product customer support.


• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.


• Analytical mind and ability to solve problems.


• Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical terms.


• Good documentation skills


• Attention to detail.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Strong customer relationship skills – responsiveness, sensitivity, diplomacy

Good to have:


• Experience working with cloud-based products, preferably on AWS.


• Familiarity with issue tracking software like HubSpot, GitLab, JIRA etc.


• Knowledge in any scripting/programming language – Python/Java/JavaScript/Perl to automate manual repetitive tasks.


• Knowledge in fetching data from SQL/NoSQL databases.
