Qualification: Chartered Accountant

Domain: Transaction Service – Financial Due diligence, Deal Advisory

Experience: 5–8 years in Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence / Audit or Accounting firms

Role & Responsibilities:

As a Manager in Transaction Services, you will work on complex, high-profile transactions such as acquisitions, mergers, and buyouts.

  • Leading financial due diligence engagements and identifying key transaction issues is critical to the success of our deals.
  • You will prepare high-quality TS reports and review sections compiled by junior team members with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Managing smaller assignments independently or assisting on larger ones under Partner supervision requires strong organizational and time management skills.
  • You will build credibility with clients and represent Transaction Services in deal discussions effectively.
  • Maintaining professional networks with senior/mid-level contacts for future business opportunities is essential.
  • You will support proposals, business development, and practice development initiatives by providing valuable insights and expertise.
  • Managing, mentoring, and providing feedback to junior staff helps them grow professionally and personally.
  • Ensuring risk management and compliance documentation is completed as per firm standards is crucial.
  • You will contribute to team morale and a collaborative work environment by fostering a positive and inclusive culture.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant
  • Experience: 5–8 years in Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence / Audit or Accounting firms
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills are essential.
  • You should be able to manage multiple assignments, tight deadlines, and client demands effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; IFRS knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) are necessary for success in this role.
  • You should be able to work under pressure and willing to travel (domestic & international).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and engage with clients effectively.
