Financial Expert Sought

We are on the hunt for a highly skilled financial expert with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience to join our finance team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial accounting principles and a proven track record in financial statement preparation, month-end closing, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with NACAS Accounting Standards and IND AS.
  • Manage the entire book closure process, including preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring all financial data is accurate and complete.
  • Conduct a thorough review of expenses to ensure proper classification, recognition, and TDS compliances. Oversee revenue recognition processes in line with accounting standards.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of all GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.). Stay updated on changes in GST laws and regulations to ensure continuous compliance.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and other balance sheet reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, schedules, and explanations.
  • Prepare various financial reports MIS for management, highlighting key trends and providing insightful analysis on financial performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant accounting or finance role.
  • Proven expertise in the preparation of financial statements and the month-end closing process.
  • In-depth knowledge of NACAS Accounting Standards and IND AS is essential.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with GST compliances and return filings.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
