Financial leaders play a pivotal role in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions. As a Finance Manager, you will oversee financial planning, management information systems (MIS), fundraising support, and investor presentations at both project and group levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports covering sales, collections, costs, and profitability for each project.
  • Design and implement company-wise and group-level MIS for consolidated reporting, providing actionable insights to management.
  • Budgeting, variance analysis, and continuous monitoring of revenue and expenses to optimize financial performance.
  • Support senior leadership with cash flow forecasts and scenario analysis to inform key business decisions.

Fundraising & Investor Relations

  • Collaborate on preparing fundraising documentation, including financial models, pitch decks, and information memorandums to secure investments.
  • Facilitate due diligence processes by coordinating with investors, bankers, NBFCs, and legal advisors to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of quarterly investor presentations with financial and operational updates.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Build robust financial models for ongoing and upcoming projects, providing predictive analytics and supporting informed decision-making.
  • Track key performance indicators, such as sales pipeline, collections, and expense management to support business growth.
  • Conduct sensitivity analysis and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Review and support the preparation of legal and financial documentation for fundraising, investments, and banking activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of agreements, term sheets, and loan documents to ensure compliance and minimize risks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (financial modeling, scenario building, and data analysis).
  • Experience in preparing MIS reports, budgets, and variance analysis to drive business growth.
  • Knowledge of fundraising processes, term sheets, loan documentation, and investor communications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex financial concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • MBA (Finance)/ CA Inter degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in real estate, investment banking, NBFC, or corporate finance roles.
  • Prior experience in fundraising, investor relations, or project finance is highly desirable.
