Drive Technology Projects from Concept to Completion

We are seeking an exceptional IT Project Manager to lead our technology projects from inception to delivery. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for defining, conceptualizing, and managing complex technology projects across various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with development and business teams to define project scope, goals, and timelines.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline objectives, resources, and risk management strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
  • Collect and analyze project data (timelines, resources, costs) to provide actionable insights and make informed decisions.
  • Communicate and track project progress to cross-functional teams, ensuring overall success.
  • Lead multiple projects against schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Act as liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
  • Present project updates, key findings, and recommendations to stakeholders using data visualization and reports.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks utilizing qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Resolve project issues proactively by analyzing root causes and facilitating problem-solving within the project team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring they are translated into technical specifications and project goals.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet business and technical needs by revisiting requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work with finance and procurement teams to optimize resource allocation and vendor contracts supporting project objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments by analyzing project data and identifying opportunities to optimize workflows, resource allocation, and timelines.
  • Implement continuous improvements based on post-project evaluations, leveraging data from completed projects to refine future planning and execution.
