Job Title: Campaign Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Campaigns Associate. As part of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to ideate, execute, monitor, and optimize online and offline campaigns for clients at various levels.

  • You will interact with multiple campaign stakeholders to understand and finalize project deliverables, timelines, and vendors.
  • You will manage on-ground resources and comprehend client needs.
  • You will uphold internal quality standards for deliverables.
  • You will regularly monitor and report on vendor performance.
  • You will coordinate with vendors to execute online and offline campaigns.
  • You will ensure that assigned resources are present at key offline events across various project locations to ensure smooth event flow.
  • You will assist with project ideation.
  • You will support the Senior Consultant in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • You will manage and oversee key offline events to ensure flawless execution.
  • You will provide timely and clear reports to the manager about project execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A willingness to travel extensively and work long hours.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Effective vendor management.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Effective team management skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data management.
  • Ability to work in a multi-stakeholder environment.
