Job Description:

  • Data Centric Tester – TDM Lead

The successful candidate will be responsible for design, implement, and maintain test data management strategies to support enterprise-wide testing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Configure and manage Informatica TDM/Data Masking tools to create, subset, and mask sensitive data across environments.
  2. Analyze source systems and identify Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and other sensitive data that require masking.
  3. Implement data obfuscation to ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards.
  4. Work with stakeholders to understand test data requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose datasets for functional, integration, performance, and UAT testing.
  5. Optimize test data provisioning processes to improve testing efficiency and reduce cycle times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Test Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Engineering.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica Data Masking (TDM, ILM) tools.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Informatica TDM (Test Data Management), ILM (Information Lifecycle Management), and Persistent Data Masking.
  • Experience with static and dynamic data masking across RDBMS, files, and applications.
  • Proficiency in data sub-setting, synthetic data generation, cloning, and archiving using Informatica tools.
  • Working knowledge of Informatica Developer, Metadata Manager, and Model Repository Service.
  • Strong understanding of RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ability to write complex SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data security in cloud environments is a plus.
