Role Summary

Data Analysis and Project Leadership Expertise

This is a senior-level role that requires combining technical data expertise with strategic project management and client engagement in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee data aggregation projects from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and timely results.
  • Design and develop data management and reporting systems, leveraging Python coding skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Collaborate with specialty pharmacy, hub, distributor, and 3PL partners to drive business growth.
  • Lead client relationship management and communication efforts, providing exceptional customer experience.
  • Develop and mentor team members, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and clients across the US, ensuring effective collaboration and aligned objectives.
  • Manage project finances and deliverables, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in data analysis and project management.
  • Proven track record of success in patient and/or payer data management solutions in the US pharmaceutical market.

Technical Skills:

  • Expert-level Python programming skills.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and macros.
  • Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with HIPAA-compliant data management practices.
