Leadership Role

The role of a Senior Operations Manager involves overseeing and directing the activities of various campaigns, as well as managing staff assigned to these campaigns. This position requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include maintaining open communication lines between staff and senior management, managing operations, and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of related working experience, preferably in a Senior Manager/Director role specializing in BPO Operations and Management or equivalent.

Required qualifications include strong computer skills, excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills, and the ability to build productive business relationships with clients. Additionally, the successful candidate will possess strong organizational, analytical, and managerial skills, as well as a professional, courteous, and resilient demeanor.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of related working experience in a Senior Manager/Director role
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications and Google applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to build productive business relationships with clients
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and managerial skills
