Job Title: Operations ManagerJob Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee daily operations, ensure KPIs are consistently met, develop employee development plans, foster a culture of engagement and productivity, and maintain strong team morale. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional people skills who can translate performance goals into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure that all performance metrics and business objectives are consistently achieved.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, analyze gaps, and implement effective strategies for improvement.
  • Develop and execute personalized performance improvement plans to help employees reach their full potential.
  • Foster a positive work environment by maintaining open communication, conducting regular check-ins, and encouraging professional growth.
  • Build trust and rapport with team members by actively engaging with them at their workstations and through one-on-one conversations.
  • Identify employee strengths and areas for improvement, and assign tasks that support their development.
  • Lead by example and promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to support training initiatives and staff development programs.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to upper management, along with data-driven recommendations.
  • Ensure adherence to operational standards and quality assurance protocols.

  • Proven experience in a leadership or team management role, preferably in a performance-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to motivate and manage teams to achieve their highest potential.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop individuals and manage team dynamics.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
