Financial Leadership Role

About this role:

We are seeking an experienced financial leader to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing financial processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial statements, and driving process improvements.

  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure effective internal control.
  • Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all AP transactions.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements. Create transfer pricing workings for sister entities. Manage bank payments, AP invoice booking, and Payroll for the Indian entity.

  • C coordinate with internal teams for AP and Taxes related activities.
  • Participate in statutory audits, due diligences, and internal audits in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for monthly book closing, including BRS, invoice booking, accruals, and capitalization.

Requirements :

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Professional Experience :

• 5+ years of experience in financial leadership roles.

• Proven track record of managing financial processes and ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial statements.

• Experience in developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure effective internal control.

Skills :

• Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Education :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred.
