Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Architectural BIM Coordinator to contribute to our team's success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure adherence to the Building Information Modelling (BIM) Implementation Plan, including timely model submission and updates reflecting as-built conditions for delivery.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client BIM requirements for architectural and structural services.
  3. Maintain quality assurance and control on Autodesk Revit models, guaranteeing accuracy and precision.
  4. Prepare comprehensive drawing packages.
  5. Demonstrate expertise in BIM Level of Development (LOD) 300, with knowledge of 400 and 500.
  6. Craft designs from construction through BIM processes such as 5D/4D.
  7. Manage 3D models, reviewing model quality and technical content, including clash detection and compliance with the BIM Execution Plan.
  8. Analyze models provided by architects, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to identify coordination and constructability issues.
  9. Apply knowledge of parametric and non-parametric family creation.
  10. Prior experience in Scan to BIM & PDF to CAD projects is an advantage.
