Project Coordinator

Job Summary As a Project Coordinator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects from initial client interaction to final on-site installation You will be responsible for overseeing site visits preparing detailed 2D drawings coordinating with stakeholders and managing the on-site installation process to deliver exceptional results Site Visits and Assessments o Conduct thorough site visits to gather accurate measurements and client requirements o Conduct site measurements and share details in the Specula-3D Measurements WhatsApp group o Assess project site conditions and identify potential challenges Drawing Preparation o Utilize AutoCAD expertise to create detailed 2D drawings for 3D visualization and production purposes o Ensure drawings accurately reflect client specifications and project requirements finalize 3D design and share with stakeholders o Create final 2D design and hand over modular item details to draftsman Coordination and Collaboration o Collaborate closely with the 3D visualization team to ensure project alignment o Coordinate with the cutting list and production teams to monitor project progress o Maintain effective communication with the assembly and fitting supervisor to ensure smooth on-site execution Designing Team 2D and 3D Collaborate with designers to ensure project specifications dimensions and aesthetics meet requirements Machine Supervisor Liaise with machine supervisors to schedule and oversee machinery operations ensure efficient production Interior Work Supervisor Work closely with interior supervisors to monitor progress quality and installation of interior components e g flooring walls ceilings Kitchen Supervisor Coordinate with kitchen supervisors to ensure timely installation quality control and compliance with kitchen design specifications Client Communication Coordinate with factory supervisors for machine works and update project status o Manage client communication and address concerns on time and professionally o Keep clients informed about project progress and any potential issues On-Site Management Manage site work ensure timely completion and coordinate with senior site fitters Oversee material dispatch and on-site installation processes Organize on-site logistics including materials management and worker accommodations Lead site planning and provide guidance to workers Stakeholder Management o Establish and maintain strong communication channels with architects engineers project owners and site fitters o Provide clear direction and performance targets to site fitters o Address any complications or complaints that arise during the project Reporting and Auditing o Prepare and submit regular project reports including progress updates challenges and recommendations o Maintain regular communication with project managers or directors providing updates on project progress and addressing any issues on time Project Completion Cross-check site works update project completion and hand over project file to finance Qualification Diploma or graduation in Interior Designing Architecture Civil Engineering Please Whatsapp your CV to 9207903300 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 24 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Experience total work 2 years Required Work Location In person
