Junior Project Coordinator

Job Description:
  • Manage project direction, planning, execution and financial outcomes.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and handle escalations effectively.
  • Prepare reports, draft meeting minutes and provide solutions to clients proactively.
  • Monitor and execute projects within given timelines, adhering to key performance indicators and forecasting concerns.

The ideal candidate is proactive, well-coordinated and able to plan tasks efficiently. They must have excellent written and communication skills, be a confident and empathic listener, and possess a pleasing personality.

  • Project allocation and management

  • Forecasts and flags project-related concerns proactively
  • Manages communications with multiple stakeholders
  • Handles escalations professionally
  • Deep dives into root causes and analytics insights
  • Analyses numbers and prepares reports
  • Drafts and shares meeting minutes after meetings
  • Acts as a partner to the client - provides solutions and support
  • Exercises proactive project management and process evaluation
