Job Title: Integration Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Expert to support the commissioning and troubleshooting of RAN and transport equipment. The role involves end-to-end integration of new sites, technology upgrades (4G/5G), and ensuring seamless performance as per TMO standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform integration, commissioning, and configuration of RAN (LTE/5G) and transport nodes for projects.
  2. Work on AirScale, Flexi, and other RAN platforms, including software upgrades and parameter configuration.
  3. Execute new site integrations, carrier adds, rehomes, and technology swaps as per guidelines.
  4. Perform call testing, KPI validation, and troubleshooting during and after integration.
  5. Coordinate with NOC, field engineers, and project managers to ensure successful site acceptance.
  6. Work on health checks, and validation for network elements.
  7. Perform integration via OSS/NetAct/ENM and verify alarms, parameters, and connectivity.
  8. Provide L2/L3 support for complex integration and post-launch issues.
  9. Maintain integration logs, prepare MOPs (Method of Procedure), and ensure documentation as per standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2–6 years of relevant experience in RAN integration (LTE/5G).
  • Hands-on experience with AirScale, Flexi BTS, gNodeB/eNodeB integration.
  • Strong understanding of LTE/5G architecture, parameters, and KPIs.
  • Experience in site integration, carrier addition, feature activation.
  • Familiarity with NetAct/ENM, OSS tools, and TMO tools.
  • Knowledge of IP planning, transport integration, and alarms troubleshooting.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to perform log analysis and issue resolution.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
