Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to manage our B2B Integrator environments.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, including knowledge of ITXA, Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes, and Helm.

  • Administer and maintain B2B Integrator environments for reliability, performance, and scalability.
  • Design, deploy, and manage integration workflows that meet business and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with development and architecture teams to implement and support transformation flows using ITXA.
  • Operate within containerized environments such as OpenShift or Kubernetes, utilizing Helm for deployments.
  • Act as Duty Manager during on-call shifts, managing incidents, coordinating response efforts, engaging cross-functional teams, and communicating effectively with stakeholders and customers.
  • Support hybrid cloud integrations and contribute to the evolution of cloud-native architecture and automation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
  • Experience or foundational knowledge in OpenShift or Kubernetes container orchestration platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Helm for managing Kubernetes deployments.
  • Strong experience with ITXA (Transformation Extender Advanced).
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong understanding of integration patterns and system configurations.
