Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Data Integration Specialist to lead the design and development of data pipelines, reports, and database solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in ETL processes, SSIS, SSRS, SQL Server, and Agile/Kanban methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of hands-on experience with SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server, along with expertise in SQL/PL-SQL query optimization, indexing, and stored procedures. Familiarity with C#/.NET for scripting and API development is a plus.

  • Design, develop, and deploy complex ETL workflows using SSIS packages.
  • Create and optimize interactive dashboards, drill-downs, and parameterized features in SSRS reports.
  • Write advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for SQL Server databases.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks in ETL processes and reports.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Document code, data mappings, and technical specifications in Confluence/Jira.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure defect-free deliverables.
  • Perform unit testing and support QA teams to ensure defect-free deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, self-service reporting).
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies (e.g., Snowflake, API integrations, cloud migrations).

This is a long-term remote opportunity requiring strong problem-solving, analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with onshore/offshore teams.
