API Integration Specialist Role

We are seeking a seasoned API Integration Specialist to lead our integration efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end API integrations with new and existing partners, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.

About the Position:
  • Lead API integration projects from start to finish, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop and maintain integration roadmaps for key clients and suppliers, driving continuous optimisation.
  • Communicate technical requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Monitor and assess integration performance, identifying areas for improvement and leading optimisation efforts.

Key Skills Include:

  • Strong experience working with API-based systems and understanding of REST/JSON/XML protocols.
  • Proficiency in project management principles and tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous integrations and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills—in English—with additional languages like Spanish being a strong plus.
