Telecommunications Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales representative to join our team at Future Tech Corporate Solution in Bangalore Urban. This is a full-time, entry-level position suitable for freshers with a minimum to maximum of one year of work experience.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and sales techniques, as well as strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure client commitments. This role involves connecting with clients to promote our staffing and recruiting services.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients via phone calls to promote staffing and recruiting services.
- Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our services to prospective clients.
- Manage and maintain customer information, ensuring data accuracy in our CRM system.
- Develop and sustain strong client relationships through attention to detail and personalized service.
- Identify and convert sales opportunities, meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to improve service offerings.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure consistent and cohesive service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly for market competitiveness.
