Job Opportunity: Process Coach

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Process Coach to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for guiding and training new employees on the Medical Coding concept and guidelines.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Train new employees on Medical Coding concepts and client specifications.
  • Mentor trainees to achieve productivity and quality targets.
  • Provide continuous feedback in a structured manner.
  • Stay updated on the latest coding aspects and educate trainees accordingly.
  • Carry out one-on-one sessions to address repeated errors.
  • Collaborate with Team Leads to provide valuable inputs and ensure smooth training processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Medical Coding with specialty E/M.
  • Certifications: Coding certification like CPC, CCS, COC, AHIMA.
  • Educational Background: Graduate degree from any recognized institution.
