Branch Manager Job Description">
  • We are seeking an experienced and skilled Branch Manager to lead our sales team.
">Job Summary:">

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our branch, including supervising sales staff, tracking sales growth, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

">Main Responsibilities:">
  1. Manage a team of sales staff and provide guidance on sales strategies and techniques.
  2. Track and monitor sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  3. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
  4. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell our products.
  6. Maintain accurate records of sales performance, customer interactions, and other relevant data.
  7. Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements, including AML and KYC.
