Job Overview

As an Email Marketing Strategist at Dovelp, you will play a crucial role in crafting and executing email campaigns that engage subscribers, promote products or services, and drive conversions. This position requires a strong understanding of email marketing concepts, best practices, and trends.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement email marketing strategies that align with the company's goals, target audience, and overall marketing initiatives.
  • Email Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging email content, including subject lines, body copy, visuals, and calls-to-action (CTAs) that encourage recipients to take desired actions.
  • Segmentation: Segment email lists based on subscriber demographics, behaviors, purchase history, and preferences to deliver personalized and relevant content.
  • Automation: Set up and manage email marketing automation workflows, including welcome series, drip campaigns, abandoned cart reminders, and more.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing of different email elements such as subject lines, CTAs, visuals, and send times to optimize email performance and engagement.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key email performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates. Use data insights to refine strategies.
  • List Management: Manage and maintain email subscriber lists, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations (such as GDPR) and keeping lists clean and up-to-date.
  • Design Collaboration: Work closely with design teams to create visually appealing email templates that reflect the brand's identity.

  • HTML and CSS Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to customize email templates as needed.
  • Creativity: Ability to brainstorm and develop creative ideas for email content and design.
  • Time Management: Effective organization and time management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in the email marketing landscape, including shifts in consumer behavior and regulations.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Understanding of customer needs and preferences to create relevant and valuable email content.

Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
