About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Manager to join our team at RChilli Inc. as a key member of our marketing department. As a Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement demand generation strategies that drive leads and sales opportunities through various channels, including email, social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and meet revenue goals.
  • Design and manage lead nurturing programs that convert prospects into leads and leads into customers through targeted content and messaging.
  • Partner with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead qualification, conversion strategies, and reporting.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, providing actionable insights and optimization strategies to improve ROI.
  • Develop detailed reports on KPIs such as lead conversion rates, cost per lead, and ROI.
  • Oversee the implementation and use of marketing automation tools to manage campaigns and segment audiences effectively.
  • Lead search engine optimization and paid search marketing efforts to ensure visibility and traffic generation.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging materials that attract and convert leads.
  • Manage the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors and use the findings to influence marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement innovative marketing tactics to stay ahead of competitors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Communications, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or digital marketing. Experience in SaaS or technology-based companies is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and lead tracking.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and SEM tactics for paid search campaigns.
  • Ability to generate fresh ideas and innovative approaches to attract, nurture, and convert leads.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing cross-departmental collaboration.
