- Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, list segmentation, and A/B testing. Monitor email campaign performance and implement improvements based on analytics.
- Paid Advertising: Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant networks. Monitor campaign budgets, adjust targeting, and optimize for better ROI.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including blogs, social media, and emails. Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce visuals and multimedia content.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging digital marketing technologies, and best practices. Make recommendations for incorporating new strategies and tools into campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing tools, and social media management tools.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for digital campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Basic design skills and experience with graphic design tools is a plus.
