Results-Driven Performance Marketer Needed

As a highly skilled Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and scaling cutting-edge digital marketing campaigns that drive real business results. Your primary goal is to develop and implement data-driven strategies that maximize revenue and lead generation.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, with a strong understanding of North American SMB segments and customer behavior. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Campaign Planning: Design and execute campaign structures, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategies that meet or exceed business objectives.
  • Targeted Local Outreach: Develop and execute targeted local and regional campaigns that engage with Small Medium Businesses (SMBs) in the USA using test-and-scale approaches.
  • Campaign Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports and actionable insights on campaign performance, including metrics such as CPC, CPL, ROAS, lead quality, etc.
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with internal sales/marketing teams to ensure alignment and optimize landing pages for maximum conversions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Google and Meta Ads Certification
  • Proven experience running Google Performance Max and Meta Ads campaigns for SMBs
  • Strong understanding of North American SMB segments and customer behavior
  • Expertise in lead generation, ROAS optimization, and budget scaling
  • Excellent communication skills and English proficiency
