Job Description

The role involves overseeing project planning, scheduling, and tracking progress through weekly and monthly reports. This position ensures alignment with the Head of Engineering's inputs.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a comprehensive project plan, incorporating drawings, materials, manpower, and contractors.
  2. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure execution readiness.
  3. Evaluate actual progress through site visits and lead/lag analysis.
  4. Maintain stage-wise tracing reports with revision logs.
  5. Prepare monthly progress and costing reports.
  6. Support estimation and cash flow forecasting.
  7. Identify and escalate project risks.
  8. Analyze architectural and structural drawings to quantify civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works.
  9. Develop detailed cost projections and review BBS.
  10. Evaluate vendor quotations and prepare cost comparisons.
  11. Monitor project budgets and update forecasts based on scope changes.
  12. Cross-functional collaboration to ensure estimate alignment with project goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Civil Engineering with around 5 years of experience in high-rise residential projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and market rates.
  • Hands-on experience with estimation software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
