Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Construction Estimator to join our team. As a Senior Construction Estimator, you will play a crucial role in accurately predicting and preparing detailed cost estimates for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents to identify project requirements.
  • Familiarize yourself with applicable international codes and standards.
  • Ensure cost estimates align with standards to maintain compliance and quality.
  • Use measurement methods to accurately assess quantities.
  • Work proficiently with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and related software.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of experience in construction estimation, with 2+ years of technical delivery experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Good technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills.
  • Well-organized, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined, and commercially astute.
