We are seeking a seasoned Luxury Villa Estimation Manager to lead our quality control and billing functions.

About You:

You will possess a deep understanding of luxury villa development, quantity surveying, and cost estimation. Your expertise in contract management, billing, and quality assurance will be invaluable in ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and compliance with established specifications.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Control and Assurance: Oversee and implement stringent quality control procedures throughout the real estate development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with established standards and specifications.
  2. Billing Management: Manage all aspects of project billing, including verification of completed work, quantity calculations, invoice preparation, and administration of variations and change orders.
  3. Contract Management: Review and manage real estate contracts, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions while potentially engaging in contract negotiations.
  4. Quantity Surveying/Cost Control: Involvement in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and monitoring, particularly in relation to billing and contract management.
  5. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a dedicated team responsible for quality control and billing functions.

Your Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in the real estate or construction industry, specifically within the luxury villa sector.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, processes, and audits.
  • Proven track record in managing project billing, preparing contracts, and handling amendments and change orders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address quality, billing, and contractual issues.
  • Familiarity with relevant software such as SAP or other ERP systems for effective billing and cost management.
