Candidates with a background in luxury sales may apply. We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead our residential project business through architects and interior designers primarily in high-end residential spaces.

The ideal candidate will have a sales background, excellent communication skills, and relationship-building skills. They must be self-driven, persistent, action-oriented, and goal-driven.

We are looking for someone who can understand requirements from interior designers and architects, build relationships with key stakeholders, and network socially at events and exhibitions. The successful candidate will have a degree in Business Administration, Design, Marketing, or CRM, and experience handling project business through architects and interior designers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of new business opportunities in residential projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects and interior designers.
  • Network socially at events and exhibitions to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Design, Marketing, or CRM.
