We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Real Estate field. **Key Responsibilities:**
• Excel in individual sales performance and contribute to the company's growth by closing deals efficiently.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of local real estate market trends, property values, and competitors.
• Utilize excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrate proficient negotiation techniques and the ability to close deals successfully.
• Possess a customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Exhibit a self-motivated individual who can work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
**Requirements:**
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Excellent communication skills.
