Financial Leadership Role

The position of Head of Finance is crucial in driving business performance and ensuring robust financial management. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization and contributing to long-term growth and sustainability.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing the company's financial strategy aligned with business goals, operationalizing multi-geo strategy in alliance with sales and marketing, providing financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and board, and overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and analysis.

Additionally, you will ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards, manage cash flow, working capital, and investment planning, lead efforts to optimize capital structure and funding strategies, and ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.

Requirements for this role include exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, strong business acumen and commercial awareness, excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, high integrity and commitment to ethical conduct, and the ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and experience required include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred), Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification, minimum 8-12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, and a proven track record of strategic financial leadership, preferably in a high growth startup.
