About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to fill the role of Sales Executive in our premium-class furniture showroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Assist Customers: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers courteously, ensuring a positive experience from the outset.
  • Understand Customer Needs: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, utilizing this knowledge to recommend suitable furniture products that meet their expectations.
  • Maintain Showroom Presentation: Ensure the showroom is maintained to a high standard, with all furniture products presented in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Communicate Product Features: Clearly communicate the features, pricing, and availability of all furniture products to customers, providing expert advice to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Inventory Teams: Work closely with the sales and inventory teams to ensure smooth operations, minimizing delays and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Build Positive Customer Experience: Uphold the company's brand standards by delivering exceptional customer service, building trust and loyalty with customers through personalized interactions and attentive support.
