Noblehire is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Executive to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling insurance products to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and approach potential clients to offer insurance products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Educate clients on various insurance options and help them choose the right products
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance in claims processing
- Meet sales targets and goals set by the company
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to provide accurate information to customers
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts
- Collaborate with underwriters and agents to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions
- Prepare and submit sales reports and updates to management
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Attend networking events and participate in promotional activities to enhance the company's brand
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and ethical standards
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry regulations
- Use CRM systems to manage customer interactions and data effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong understanding of insurance products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Sound knowledge of insurance-related laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to travel and attend industry events as needed
- Certification in insurance or related field is a plus
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
