Role Summary:

  1. Support the sales of Life Insurance business through bank customers at bank branches across assigned locations.
  2. Work closely with the Branch Manager to implement business strategies and plans.
  3. Motivate and drive branch staff to achieve sales targets and improve productivity.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with Citi Relationship Managers to ensure business targets and productivity targets are met effectively.
  5. Develop and implement short-term and long-term plans to achieve sales targets.
  6. Conduct joint sales calls with Citi RM to achieve business numbers.
  7. Monitor and provide targeted coaching to uplift sales productivity.

Relationship Management

  1. Manage the relationship between internal teams and channel partners to foster sales and maintain responsiveness to requirements.
  2. Coordinate and provide regular coaching support to bank's frontline staff.
  3. Execute marketing activities as per partner requirements.
  4. Ensure timely issuance of policies and resolve pending issues.
  5. Maintain customer touch-point engagement to service customer portfolios.
  6. Maintain persistency ratios and provide prompt post-sales service.
  7. Strategize and interact closely with RM on business plan execution.

Ensure Compliance

  1. Ensure compliance to internal sales processes and other compliance standards.
  2. Be a process and product champion to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

MIS

  1. Adhere to the Training Roadmap.
  2. Provide timely reports to the Supervisor as per requirement.
  3. Adhere to the TALIC code of conduct.

Risk

  1. Participate in risk mitigation plans, contingency planning, and business continuity programs.
  2. Highlight and recommend process gaps, flaws, and process changes.
