Role Summary:
- Support the sales of Life Insurance business through bank customers at bank branches across assigned locations.
- Work closely with the Branch Manager to implement business strategies and plans.
- Motivate and drive branch staff to achieve sales targets and improve productivity.
- Build and maintain relationships with Citi Relationship Managers to ensure business targets and productivity targets are met effectively.
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term plans to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct joint sales calls with Citi RM to achieve business numbers.
- Monitor and provide targeted coaching to uplift sales productivity.
Relationship Management
- Manage the relationship between internal teams and channel partners to foster sales and maintain responsiveness to requirements.
- Coordinate and provide regular coaching support to bank's frontline staff.
- Execute marketing activities as per partner requirements.
- Ensure timely issuance of policies and resolve pending issues.
- Maintain customer touch-point engagement to service customer portfolios.
- Maintain persistency ratios and provide prompt post-sales service.
- Strategize and interact closely with RM on business plan execution.
Ensure Compliance
- Ensure compliance to internal sales processes and other compliance standards.
- Be a process and product champion to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
MIS
- Adhere to the Training Roadmap.
- Provide timely reports to the Supervisor as per requirement.
- Adhere to the TALIC code of conduct.
Risk
- Participate in risk mitigation plans, contingency planning, and business continuity programs.
- Highlight and recommend process gaps, flaws, and process changes.
