Job Title: Business Growth ExecutiveLocation: Mumbai

This position will be responsible for acquiring targeted business from the HORECA Segment by actively sourcing new leads, optimizing pipelines, managing activations, analysing competition, and conducting market research.

You will sell to customer needs while achieving forecasted sales targets, product mix, and KPIs. You will create and manage the sales funnel for HORECA Business and plan and execute activities to ensure sales growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sell to customer needs while achieving forecasted sales targets, product mix, and KPIs.
  2. Create and manage the sales funnel for HORECA Business.
  3. Plan and execute activities to ensure sales growth objectives.
  4. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
  5. Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships.
  6. Expand product basket, introduce new products or services to clients, and organize visits to current and potential clients.
  7. Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information.
  8. Attend and represent the Company at local and national exhibitions and meetings.
  9. Ensure timely collection of account receivable.
  10. Any other ad-hoc assigned.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/MBA with a minimum experience of 5+ years in HORECA business.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage schedules and sales Funnel effectively.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills.
  • Experience handling luxury personal care products will be an added advantage.
