Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Professional to lead our efforts in Facility Management.

  • Develop and implement branding strategies for facility services including food services, housekeeping, gardening, and utility maintenance
  • Identify and acquire new customers in Maharashtra for B2B segment clients through site surveys and proposal development
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to build the company's brand and reputation
  • Regularly follow up with clients and map territories to ensure optimal business growth
  • Collect feedback and references from clients to improve services and identify new business opportunities
  • Mine data to develop effective marketing strategies and present findings to the company
  • Negotiate contracts and manage profit and loss statements
  • Provide regular reports on conversions and meeting targets set by management
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain cordial relationships with existing customers to drive organic growth
  • Achieve set sales targets and enter into contractual agreements with new customers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer documents and provide periodic reports on conversions and target achievement
