As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in assessing and improving client employee health and benefits programs.

Job Overview:

This position is responsible for conducting thorough assessments of client plans to identify areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will have expertise in insurance industry trends, emerging benefits solutions, and best practices to deliver innovative advice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of client plans to pinpoint opportunities for growth and enhancement.
  • Develop tailored recommendations to improve benefits offerings, boost employee engagement, and optimize costs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging solutions, and best practices to provide cutting-edge guidance.
  • Cross-sell products and services to current clients and participate in new business opportunities with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Coordinate project plans, presentations, and benefit strategies for clients.
  • Analyze survey data, summarize and validate information, and build strong relationships with clients.
Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess domain knowledge, a minimum of 5 years' experience in the insurance industry, and a postgraduate degree or actuarial certification.

Additionally, a background in health insurance is preferred but not required.
