Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Tax Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling engagements related to Indirect Tax Laws, Appeals, Representation before various forums, investigation handholding, Litigation Management Service, Tax Restructuring, Tax Advisory and consulting pertaining to GST, Customs, Service Tax, VAT, and Excise.

The incumbent will partner with clients to provide strategic advice and support in tax planning and compliance. They will also play a key role in building relationships with clients and stakeholders, leveraging their expertise to deliver high-quality services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and drafting skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of Indirect Tax and other related laws. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tax advisory and consulting services to clients
  • Represent clients before various judicial forums
  • Manage investigations and appeals
  • Participate in business development activities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA or Law Graduate from a known Law School
  • 4-7 years of post-qualification experience in Indirect Tax in the field of Indirect Tax Litigation or Advisory
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Indirect Tax and other related laws
