  • Vendor Management:
    • Optimize vendor services to meet SLA and timeline requirements.
  • People Management:
    • Proactively utilize resources to support business-as-usual and global HR projects.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Address and resolve employee payroll queries and issues promptly.
  • Audits:
    • Facilitate audits by providing records and documentation.
