Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled API Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support for API integrations, including troubleshooting and resolving connectivity issues, data flow interruptions, and error messages.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and integration technologies, with experience working with RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, or other web services. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

In this role, the candidate will work closely with internal development and product teams to diagnose complex issues and escalate as necessary. They will also engage with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions related to API functionality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 5+ years of experience working with Infor ERP and its integration tools (ION, API Gateway, BODs, etc.)
  • Strong experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, or other web services
  • Strong proficiency in PHP (Laravel framework) and JavaScript frameworks
  • Solid experience with database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server) and data mapping/transformation
