Cloud API Integration Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Cloud API Integration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with development teams to integrate APIs into applications and services in Azure APIM
  • Maintaining Azure APIM gateways and management platforms up and running
  • Monitoring and analyzing API performance and usage metrics to optimize service efficiency
  • Ensuring the security and compliance of APIs, including authentication and authorization protocols
  • Providing technical support and design documentation for API usage and best practices
  • Developing APIM policies and protocols for API access and usage to maintain security and compliance
  • Configuring OAuth 2.0 using JWT tokens in Azure APIM
  • Integrating Azure PaaS services like Function Apps, Logic Apps, and Service Bus with Azure APIM
  • Developing C# code using Azure Functions as per business integration perspective
  • Managing Azure APIM developer portal and giving access to vendors based on requirements
  • Transforming source system data into JSON or XML format using Azure Integration Services
  • Developing CI/CD pipeline to automate APIs into higher regions or environments

Qualifications we seek in you:

  • Minimum Qualifications: BE/B Tech/MCA
  • Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
    • Proficient in API design and management tools (Azure API Management Service)
    • Strong understanding of security protocols and standards such as OAuth, JWT, and SSL/TLS
    • Hands-on experience integrating APIs with APIM service using Azure DevOps tool
    • Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services
    • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to troubleshoot API issues
