Job Opportunity:

A highly skilled API Gateway Developer is needed to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in API development, integration patterns, and securing enterprise APIs using Axway API Gateway and Axway API Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define system and product requirements and generate software/hardware performance and reliability specifications.
  2. Lead the evaluation, design, and integration of all enhancements or new releases of the system.
  3. Enhance processes, procedures, and policies relating to systems functioning and performance.
  4. Meet with management teams of multiple functional areas and vendors on the planning, upgrading, testing, securing, and servicing of IT solutions.
  5. Design architecturally compliant system landscapes.
  6. Develop, modify, test, implement, document, and maintain systems software and hardware.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve server, operating system, and other infrastructure problems.
  8. Monitor systems and networks for viruses, malfunctions, and errors.
  9. Prepare network analytics, data reports, and operational manuals.
  10. Perform troubleshooting and remediation, ensure successful project implementation, and provide post-project end-user support.
Required Skills
  • Experience with various API gateways, including Axway, AWS, or equivalent cloud platforms.
  • Ability to advise application teams on developing high-quality APIs that comply with architectural and security standards.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve complex API design and integration issues.
  • Broad understanding of web service implementation paradigms (REST, SOAP).
  • Good knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices.
