Job Title: API Lifecycle Specialist

Are you passionate about ensuring seamless API operations? We're looking for a skilled specialist to join our team and help us maintain the highest level of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and analyze IBM API Connect v10 subsystems and Datapower v10 servers health and services logs on an hourly basis to identify potential issues.
  2. Report immediately to the lead/team in case of observing any issue related to server or services while monitoring during allocated shifts.
  3. Test APIs with provided payload data using postman, Soap UI etc. in troubleshooting calls during allocated shifts.
  4. Must be available to work from office in business/non-business hours.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good understanding of API lifecycle.
  • Ability to multi task and work in high pressured environment.
  • Knowledge of IBM API Connect v10 and Datapower v10 workflow is a plus.
