**Job Title:** Operations Lifecycle Specialist Job Summary:

The Operations Lifecycle Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the execution of daily business activities in a highly controlled environment, ensuring seamless delivery and maintaining proper change management.

This role provides an opportunity to lead and innovate in a dynamic business environment, promoting process improvements while delivering exceptional customer experience.

  • Execute daily business as usual (BAU) tasks/activities with efficiency and control
  • Demonstrate expertise in Signature Validation for Trade/Payment instructions from Clients
  • Verify beneficiary account details during Callbacks for Outgoing payments from JPM
  • Publish and review daily/weekly performance metrics related to the function, identifying and tracking reasons for deviation
  • Ensure follow-up and escalation for all ageing items
  • Timely review and certification of CFS Middle Office Authentication function Procedures and Operating Service Agreements
  • Review and improve productivity benchmarks on an ongoing basis
  • Participate in multiple forums to analyze market changes and drive Tech Initiatives
  • Create strong resiliency and backups within the team through active involvement and training initiatives
  • Collaborate with Operations Control Management/Risk teams for QA testing, MIS, Internal, and External Audits
 Required Skills and Qualifications:

Fundamental Requirements:

  • Substantial experience in custody & fund services, markets, or prime brokerage operations, with proven staff management skills
  • Demonstrated flexibility, ability to meet tight deadlines, and strong organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proactively driving change and enhancing controls
  • Able to navigate a dynamic business environment with a control-focused agenda and thorough understanding of program/project risk
  • Anticipates issues and drives initiatives to ensure results

Nice-to-Have Attributes:

  • Holds strong financial markets product knowledge, with expertise in Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Collateral, and Derivatives
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required, with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and knowledge of data tools
  • Adopts a logical, structured approach to planning, problem-solving, and decision-making
