Job Overview:

Our organization seeks a skilled Financial Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and managing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation.
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
  • Support internal and external audits as required.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to management, offering insights and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective accounting systems and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
