Job Title: Chief Financial Strategist

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Chief Financial Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning to ensure alignment with company goals.

  • Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual results, and recommend cost reduction strategies to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate closely with executive team members and department heads to prioritize company objectives in line with mission, vision, and values.
  • Provide business partnering support through analytics and drive strong relationships across the organization, including Central Finance Functions and other Finance teams.
  • Monitor actuals against budget and forecast to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support informed decision-making by delivering timely, detailed, and meaningful insights into business performance to stakeholders.
  • Offer commercial insight and analysis of results, highlighting underlying trends and challenging the business on performance.
  • Persistently prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports (PnL) with variance analysis to inform business strategy.
  • Manage working capital for the Group effectively.
  • Identify and address business challenges by proposing and creating solutions that drive positive change.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Master's degree in business administration in finance from a top-tier B-school or CA qualification.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in managing a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales and revenue drivers, ensuring detailed knowledge of key performance indicators.
  • Demonstrating exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Excelling in interpersonal communication and team management.
